No hidden costs. Base, delivery, installation, VAT all included, we even bring our own coffee! We've only left one thing out, which is the electrical connection from the garden room unit to your home, as this can vary considerably.

We can build your garden room to within 400mm of your boundary, ensuring no space is wasted!
Insulation
We don't scrimp on the insulation, we give you fully insulated acoustic 100mm Rockwall to keep you nice and warm during winter!
Plastered Finish
All of our garden rooms come with a fully plastered finish at no extra cost, as we believe this is by far the best result.
Double Glazing
We use top class energy efficient double glazing on all our doors and windows, keeping energy costs low all year round.
Roofing
We use industry leading materials, including an EPDM roof with 50 years life expectancy as standard for all of our garden rooms.
