WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
- Fill the contact form in.
- We send you a quote over email detailing everything, including lots of pictures of previous projects and all processes.
- £200 Reservation fee confirms your installation date.
- Home visit booked for you to meet Mark (founding Director) who measures up, discusses all requirements, shows samples of cladding, decking, flooring, etc.
- Any quotes are amended and sent back to you to review and confirm.
- 8 weeks before we reconfirm the quote and invoice for the 50% deposit.
- All materials are ordered and nothing can be changed after this.
- Check in 4 weeks before.
- Reconfirm date 1 week before.
- Monday build day! Your installation starts.
- End of day 2 we invoice for the 25% payment.
- We finish day 5 to day 10 depending on the size.

We have no hidden costs. What you see is what you get. The price below includes all of the above including a base with glavanised metal ground screws, full installation of the garden room, delivery of the products, plastered finish and inclusive of VAT.
